Cold Brew Popsicles: Beat the Heat with Coffee-infused Ice Pops
When I was a kid, we would freeze everything that tasted good. In the summer, when the sun began to peak, we’d run to the fridge for frozen treats. As an adult, I still love popsicles, ice pops, or whatever you like to call them. One summer in Amsterdam, I came across a super summer idea. 💡
Imagine yourself in the picturesque streets of Amsterdam during the warm summer months, where locals and tourists alike seek refuge from the sun. In a quaint ice cream parlor, you discover a refreshing treat that embodies Dutch ingenuity – cold brew coffee popsicles.
The gelato artisan, inspired by the canal-laced city, infuses cold brew coffee into these delightful popsicles. As you stroll along the waterways, savoring the icy goodness, you realize that Amsterdam's love for innovation extends beyond its iconic architecture. These coffee-infused popsicles become a symbol of the city's ability to embrace tradition while welcoming the contemporary.

I used Café Holland for this recipe because of its velvety, smooth elegance. It's addictive.
